Building Relationships
The formulation of relationship is the fundamental building block to our strategy. The greatest donation that someone can make is their time and investment into someone’s else’s life.
Community Collaboration
We strive to embody a model that draws the community together and facilitates partnerships between congregations, businesses, organization and individuals.
Our Approach
A team of 6-8 volunteers, known as Table Members create community and transformation by making a year long commitment to act as encouragers and advocates in implementing a life plan developed by the individual or family being served. Through relationship, the team utilizes social contacts to support the plan.
